Workshops for Parents & Carers

Workshops for parent/carers are fun and inspirational. Promoting mindfulness in the home is the key to creating a calmer, happier home with children that can self-regulate their emotions and express their feelings. Practical and realistic mindfulness training giving parents/carers the confidence and knowledge to implement mindfulness in their own lives as well as their families.
Individual support is also offered on request.

Mindful Time Activities

Mindful time activities have been specially created to captivate young children. They are simple and engaging. Four main areas are developed throughout the activities and together they give young children the tools to be mindful. The benefits of mindfulness are extensive. 
Working on breathing, various fun activities, gratitude and kindness really do produce amazing calm.
